Attorney Alina Habba on what Judge Merchan and DA Bragg are trying to do to Trump with a ridiculous gag order.
“Are you gagged as well?” asked Joe Pags.
“It’s very complicated. There are times when I’ve been gagged by the judges, but it’s pretty much been lifted, so now I’m free to speak,” said Habba.
“We’re allowed to say anything, except the most damaging facts,” she added. “Donald Trump is gagged going into this debate. Talk about a clear case of election interference by the DOJ.”
