Joe Pags breaks down the US Constitution and what it really means when it comes to free and fair elections in the United States of America.
“The idea that we should just trust what happens in elections is less than a Democratic idea,” began Pagliarulo.
“You have the right to question how the process went. You have every right. The Constitution protects us from a tyrannical government. If I go down and vote, and it appears something happened, we have the right to question that,” he added.
“Individual state legislators decide the rules for voting,” concluded Pags.
