Dr Rick Becker, MD is running for the at-large House seat out of North Dakota. He tells The Joe Pags Show what he sees when Biden is slow and when he’s hyper.
“Joe Biden was ten times more lucid four years ago than he his now. He doesn’t know where he is, he walks in a strange way, somedays his eyes are completely dilated. What do you see going on there?” asked Joe Pags.
“What I see is elder abuse. It’s very sad,” began Becker. “Dementia, Alzheimer’s, it’s a very difficult situation. In no way can this country be run by somebody who has these issues.”
“We see him up, we see him down, he’s most likely using stimulants,” he added. “He’s trying to just run through and slurring his words. I imagine they’re going to pump him up before the debates.”
