“The idea that we had to personally attack you, then take you out of the mix, it just blows my mind that we had a Republican legislature that did this,” said Joe Pags.

“I was shocked. They did all of this in secret. It wasn’t transparent to the public,” explained Paxton.

“They were pushed by Democrats in the House… They negotiated and this is what they got. They got an Impeachment of me,” he added.
