Ken Cuccinelli is the former Attorney General of Virginia and now heads The Election Transparency Initiative.

He joins The Joe Pags Show to discuss voting integrity ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

“We’re better off than we were four years ago. We’ve seen improvements in most of the swing states. But there are places, like Michigan, that have gotten a lot worse. But things are much better in Georgia and Pennsylvania,” explained Cuccinelli.

“Arizona has improved. They don’t just mail out ballots anymore,” he added. “But some places have gotten rid of Voter ID, observer rights, and things like that. We believe transparency is the key to having confidence in our elections.”
