In exchange for his testimony against former President Donald Trump, his chief of staff Mark Meadows has accepted an immunity agreement with prosecutors and Trump says he’s a “weakling”and a “coward.”

Special counsel Jack Smith has been investigating the former president over alleged attempts to overthrow the 2020 presidential election and was also investigating Trump’s chief of staff Mark Meadows.  ABC News recently reported that in exchange for an immunity agreement for Meadows, he will in turn testify against former President Trump.

“The sources said Meadows informed Smith’s team that he repeatedly told Trump in the weeks after the 2020 presidential election that the allegations of significant voting fraud coming to them were baseless, a striking break from Trump’s prolific rhetoric regarding the election,” ABC News reported. “According to the sources, Meadows also told the federal investigators Trump was being ‘dishonest’ with the public when he first claimed to have won the election only hours after polls closed on Nov. 3, 2020, before final results were in.”

According to Mark Meadows memoir which he wrote immediately after the Trump administration ended, he claimed the 2020 election was “stolen” and exacerbated by “allies in the liberal media” because they willfully ignored “actual evidence of fraud, right there in plain sight for anyone to access and analyze.” These statements are a complete contradiction to what is being reported by ABC News and Trump’s legal team will shred his credibility if a trial ever occurs.

ABC News reported that Meadows told prosecutors “he has yet to see any evidence of fraud that would have kept now-president Joe Biden from the White House, and he told them he agrees with a government assessment at the time that the 2020 presidential election was the most secure election in U.S. history.”

The main stream media is already forming a narrative calling the immunity agreement a “game changer.” According to CNN legal analyst Elie Honig, “This is a genuine game changer for prosecutors and a major problem for Donald Trump. A couple things really stick out to me as important. Number one, we now know that Mark Meadows has been given immunity by DOJ, which means DOJ has decided we’re going to give you a pass. We’re not going to prosecute you, but in exchange, you now have to testify and testify truthfully. And this person … Mark Meadows, was the ultimate insider, the closest person to Donald Trump.”

“And that leads to the second big point, which is, based on this new reporting, Mark Meadows has come clean. He is now saying, contrary to what he’s been saying publicly for the better part of the last three years, he’s now telling DOJ investigators there was no evidence of fraud and I said so directly to Donald Trump. That’s crucial evidence for prosecutors,” she said.

In response to the news about the immunity agreement, Trump posted on Truth Social “I don’t think Mark Meadows would lie about the Rigged and Stollen 2020 Presidential Election merely for getting IMMUNITY against Prosecution (PERSECUTION!) by Deranged Prosecutor, Jack Smith. BUT, when you really think about it, after being hounded like a dog for three years, told you’ll be going to jail for the rest of your life, your money and your family will be forever gone, and we’re not at all interested in exposing those that did the RIGGING — If you say BAD THINGS about that terrible ‘MONSTER,’ DONALD J. TRUMP, we won’t put you in prison, you can keep your family and your wealth, and, perhaps, if you can make up some really horrible ‘STUFF’ a out him, we may very well erect a statue of you in the middle of our decaying and now very violent Capital, Washington, D.C.”

Some people would make that deal, but they are weaklings and cowards, and so bad for the future our Failing Nation. I don’t think that Mark Meadows is one of them, but who really knows? MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” he also posted.

Trump slammed Meadows regarding his complete 180 position of claims of 2020 election voter fraud. Trump posted, “Mark Meadows NEVER told me that allegations of significant fraud (about the RIGGED Election!) were baseless. He certainly didn’t say that in his book!”
