WATCH: A New Drug is Coming Across the Border -It’s More Dangerous than Fentanyl

Doctor Maria Ryan spoke with Joe Pags this week to discuss the newest deadly drug making its way across the US-Mexico border.

“What is this?” asked Pagliarulo.

“This new drug on the streets is called Xylazine… It’s a sedative for large animals like cows and horses,” explained Ryan.

“China has been mass-producing this drug, it’s cheaper than Fentanyl. All the drugs crossing the border are now being cut with this. On the street it’s called Tranq,” she added.
