“Did you have to hide your politics in Hollywood? Were you always this guy?” asked Pags.
“When I first started it was so long ago that it was okay to have different political opinions. 30 years ago, we didn’t try to kill each other,” explained Searcy.
“By the time I got to California I didn’t know that I was supposed to hide the way I felt, so I never bothered,” he added.
