“We have not spoken since this ‘aid package’ for Ukraine. Where is the money going? Is there any accounting?” asked Pags.
“Nobody can answer these fundamental questions. What does victory look like? There’s just no answers to any of it,” explained Schmitt.
“They’re already talking about another aid package. Why should we secure Ukraine’s border when we can’t secure our own border? For the folks back in Missouri, nobody’s really asking me to help fund Ukraine,” he added.
